Plant meetings

These sessions guide you on a journey of plant communication. Through plant tea tastings, smudging, or hands-on contact, we enter a reflective state to experience the plant’s guidance. This gentle yet profound process supports emotional release, greater clarity, and an enriched sense of aliveness. Each session is shaped by your personal needs and the plant’s unique presence.

Movement

Mindfulness, body awareness, and emotional equilibrium are fostered through guided movement attuned to the environment. These sessions encourage you to engage deeply with your body’s natural rhythms and explore movement in response to surroundings – whether indoors or outdoors. Emphasising ecological awareness, we move beyond gestures to cultivate presence, grounding, and connection to nature. Ideal for enhancing emotional clarity, reducing stress, and re-wilding your inner sense, this practice harmonises body and environment, opening pathways to a more instinctive, eco-conscious self. 

 

Plant mentoring

As a graduate and mentor at the School of Intuitive Herbalism, I guide students in their path to plant communication. Combining intuitive herbalism and re-wilding practices, this mentorship helps you deepen your relationship with plants in a truly embodied, intuitive way. Together, we’ll explore personalised practices, develop your pathway to plant connection, and integrate the wisdom plants offer into your daily life.
