My one-to-one sessions offer a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your intuition, your body, and the wisdom of nature.

These sessions explore how to be more connected to yourself and nature through movement.

Daily life movements are used as an entry point to develop ecological awareness of how we move in response to surroundings – whether indoors or outdoors. 

Each body has a unique lens to look at the world. In the sessions, I support your lens to blossom by finding new opportunities to be in movement.

These sessions guide you on a journey of plant communication. Through plant tea tastings, smudging, or hands-on contact, we enter a reflective state to experience the plant’s guidance.

This gentle yet profound process supports emotional release, greater clarity, and an enriched sense of aliveness.

As a graduate and mentor at the School of Intuitive Herbalism, I guide students on their path to plant communication.
