Reconnect with yourself by connecting with plants

Rekindle with an innate (often forgotten) ability to communicate with nature. Learn directly from plants and meet deeper layers of yourself through their guidance in a reflective, safe and supportive space of enquiry

Common non-psychedelic plants are used such as rose, nettle, dandelion and many others. Journeying with them can be as insightful as psychedelic plants with the advantage of being a more gentle process.

I’m a graduate from the School of Intuitive Herbalism in Stroud where we learn directly from the plants.

It's the height of summer in Hackney Marshes and all the wild carrots are in bloom and really abundant that year. There is a full field of them. Claire's head is showing in the middle as she is fully immersed in them as if swimming in their ocean.
    • Reconnection with nature

These sessions help individuals rekindle their relationship with the natural world, even within urban environments.

    • Emotional balance and inner peace

Through gentle interaction with plants, participants often experience emotional relief and a deeper sense of calm.

    • Clarity and insight

The process encourages personal growth and insight, enhancing problem-solving abilities and clarity during major life transitions.

    • Stress relief and mindfulness

Engaging with non-psychedelic plants fosters mindfulness and relaxation, making it a gentle way to manage stress and cultivate presence.

    • Intuition and plant allies

Participants deepen intuition and abilities to learn directly from plants, developing strong relationship with some of them.

What to expect from a session?

You’ll be encouraged to cultivate an open heart and mind and to tune in to your body . This will prepare you to be receptive to the subtle messages that the plants offer through sensation, images, movement or inner knowing.

First meetings are always with Rose. Following sessions might include other plants such as Dandelion, Nettle, Primrose, Hawthorn among many others. Each plant is carefully chosen in response to your needs and the process which is unfolding.

Sensory tea is the main medium to meet the plants but I might also use other doorways such as meeting the live plant, smudging, infused oil, or hydrosol.

I generally ask for a commitment of 3 sessions to begin with to allow a process to unfold.

Sessions last 75 minutes and a medical history is asked.

How it works

Each session is a partnership of exploration where my intuition and yours, guided by the plant, collaborate to support you in finding your own answers.

I attune in to your body and what you need through bodywork or without touch with guided meditations and embodied presence.

The process is non-linear and intuitive, responsive to what is needed in the moment.

You are also invited to practice deep listening and sensing so that you become more aware of how your body responds to the plant.

I support you in integrating and reflecting on your experience at your own pace.

Non-medical treatment

I do not diagnose or treat medical condition but the plant meetings can offer emotional support and provide valuable insights into what you’re going through. Plants share subtle messages, which can guide you through life’s challenges with greater clarity and connection.

This practice is suitable for anyone whether you are new to working with plants or already have a deep connection. It will particularly suits someone who has an interest in plants, the natural world, embodiment practices or meditation but you do not need to have experience in any of those to participate

Testimonials

‘Claire holds the space beautifully, exactly how I need. She’s very patient, open, understanding, nurturing, she offers a place of unconditional love which allows you just to be, and most importantly she offers an incredibly safe space. I feel I can truly be my vulnerable self, I know it’s completely safe to be. I have not experienced that before with other facilitators. It’s deeply touching because it’s so rare. I feel she is here for me. I haven’t been able to open up as much before. I also really feel the difference in the body and how I process things coming here.’

Kamilla, makeup artist

‘Claire is an empathic and elegant guide and practitioner. Her ability to feel into and provide healing for both spiritual and physical states is wonderful.’

Crispin, restaurant owner.

‘I have worked with Claire in both 1-1 and group settings for the past couple of years. This has been a huge source of support and development for myself, and my practice as an artist and herbalist. Claire holds space in a way that is gentle, expansive and always shifts to support where I’m at. I’ve been able to deepen my connections with plants and place in a very fluid way, trusting that I can explore many ways of moving and being with the earth. I leave sessions feeling very tuned into my whole self / bodymind, and the threads that connect me to the more than human world.’

Fran, artist/plant friend

‘Honestly, the most potent form of processing and healing I’ve experienced. The aspect of movement resonated with me so much and works so well, and Claire is an incredible presence for this work. She holds the space while allowing you to guide if you feel, and I loved the combination of using my own intuition and her own for the journey.’

Sid

‘I was surprised by the depth and insight I gained from these sessions. The sessions helped me to uncover facets that talking therapy didn’t uncover over years. I strongly recommend Claire as a guide for journeys to tap into the wisdom of plants.’

Sven, dancer

‘Slowly drinking herbal tea, letting Rose speak to me, bobbing dreamlike through past and present, human and plant quantum, imagery, movement, healing touch – recovering lost links. These journeys were so unique and precious, strengthening my deep connection with plants.’
