I run year-long journeys of outdoor movement throughout the seasons in the heart of Hackney Marshes.

Meeting once a month with the same group of people, you’ll be invited to step outdoors and reconnect with your body and the land. Here, in the heart of the city, we’ll discover there is no contradiction in connecting deeply to the land—urban life and wildness coexist, shaping their own ecology.

Through intuitive movement and mindful exploration, we’ll rediscover our feral nature and reawaken a deep connection to the natural rhythms that modern life often pulls us away from. As we move with the changing seasons and adapt to the ever-shifting weather, we’ll learn to attune to the subtler cycles of nature—the quiet transformations that often go unnoticed when we remain in our human mode of function. Whether it’s the awakening vitality of spring, the expansive warmth of summer, the grounding stillness of autumn, or the quiet introspection of winter, we’ll deepen our ability to move in dialogue with the land and its rhythms.

By attuning to these shifting energies, you’ll cultivate a profound relationship with the wild around and within you, discovering how the cycles of the natural world mirror and inspire your inner rhythms. This journey is for anyone longing to feel more connected to the land and their own embodied presence, no matter where they live.

Dates are decided as a group and will most likely take place at weekends with the option of evening in the summer as the days are longer.

We will move on the dates decided no matter the weather (rain, wind, snow, heat wave, etc.). It is recommended to wear and bring waterproofs top and bottom and warm layers of clothing underneath during the cold seasons as well as a flask of hot drink.

The previous groups started in September 2024 and February 2025.
