Astrology is a living language – constantly emerging, evolving, and reshaping itself. It is not fixed, nor settled but thrive through our active participation – creating new facets, engaging with archetypal energies, and deepening our receptivity.
To truly listen as primal beings, we must steady ourselves as vessels of perception, opening to discovery and allowing astrology to speak through us in ever-unfolding ways.

During Aries season, we’ll focus on Mars, exploring its archetypal presence within our bodies, emotions and lives. Mars can be courageous, protective, fierce, and volatile – a force of vitality and conflict that shapes how we assert ourselves in the world. Through somatic and imaginative practices, we’ll uncover how Mars moves through us and how to engage with its energy in a way that fosters alignment and resilience.
This workshop is the first in this new series designed to grow cosmological sensitivity – a deeper listening to the skies – and nurture a sensate, ecological way of being. By reconnecting to the planetary beings through movement, we honour a more direct, intimate relationship with the cosmos, one rooted in felt experience and ancestral ways of knowing.
Throughout this exploration we will weave in your natal astrology chart, cultivating a deep embodied awareness of the Aries dimension in your life. We will also attune to Mars’ placement within your sky to foster a felt understanding of its presence and influence within you and your lived experience.

- Movement-based exploration of your Mars placement to better understand how Mars move through you and how to best harness its primordial energy in your life.
